Accommodation
Our Deluxe and Superior staterooms offer a spectacular view, small sitting area, and a private balcony. Every room has two twin beds (can convert into queen-size) and private bathroom.

Meal Plan
Your package includes complimentary meals for two at any of the onboard restaurants, from the elegant main dining room to the casual atmosphere of cafés. Room service is complimentary and is available 24 hours a day. Alcoholic beverages in restaurants and bars are for purchase.

Poker Room
The Caribbean Poker Classic™ takes place in the Conference Center on Deck 2. Minimum age is 18 years old and participants will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Our Tournament Director is Thomas Kremser.

The poker room is open whenever you are sailing, offering satellites, side events, a $2,500 Main Event
and cash games.

Social Events
Celebrate the start of the 2008 CPC on 16th November with a casual Welcome Reception outside of the tournament room in Studio B on Deck 2. Cocktails and appetizers will be served from 8:00 – 10:00 PM.

Our Farewell Cocktail Reception takes place on 22nd November in the Main Show Lounge on Deck 5. Cocktails and appetizers will be served from 9:00 – 10:00 PM.

Online Registration
An online registration system is provided for players to register for the cruise. Players may also request quotes online for return airfare at their own expense. Preferred rates will be provided at select Miami hotels.

Travelling to Miami
We’ll be setting sail from the Port of Miami at 4:30pm so we strongly recommend you stay in Miami overnight on 15th November to be sure you don’t miss the sailing. You may also want to extend your stay a couple of nights to enjoy the Miami experience!

Airlines that offer direct flights to Miami include British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, American Airways, Delta, Continental, Air France, Lufthansa, Iberia, and Swiss Airlines.

Excursions
Shore excursions at any of the ports of call are available for purchase through our hospitality desk outside of the poker room. With rates starting from $20, you can explore old San Juan and the Bacardi Rum Distillery, snorkel or tour Blackbeard’s Castle in St. Thomas, or shop ‘til you drop in St. Maarten!

Terms and Conditions
The Caribbean Poker Classic™prize package ("Package") consists of a stateroom for two aboard the Royal Caribbean International® Freedom of the SeasSM with complimentary meal plan for two, $2,500 buy-in to the Main Event, $2,300 in tournament vouchers, and $2,000 cash for travel and expenses.

The Caribbean Poker Classic™Lite prize package ("Lite Package") consists of a stateroom for two aboard the Royal Caribbean International® Freedom of the SeasSM with complimentary meal plan for two, and $2,000 cash for travel and expenses.

Persons must qualify for the Caribbean Poker Classic™ by winning a Package (a "Winner") or may buy a seat in the Main Event (a "Participant"). 

A person must be a minimum of 18 years of age to participate in the Caribbean Poker Classic™and will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).

The first Package won is non-transferable. Should a Winner win more than one Package, he/she will receive the full cash value.

WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] reserve the right to amend the tournament rules or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

In the event of event cancellation or unavailability for whatever reason, a cash equivalent may be awarded to the Winner.

WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] reserve the right to refuse this offer to any person or to withdraw this or part of this promotion at any time.

Any Winner has the right not to participate. In this case, there is no cash alternative and WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] may pick the runner-up as the replacement.

Winners will be required to wear [licensee] branded clothing at the main event whenever they are playing, subject to event permissions.

Winners and Participants must agree to all reasonable publicity of their personality, including betting markets around the event, television media interviews, press releases and website promotions. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the Winner and Participant. No further consideration shall be payable for a Winner's and Participant's agreement to the foregoing.

Winners will not be reimbursed for stateroom arrangements made outside of the available group accommodation.

Participants who buy into the event are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements.

Participants and Winners are responsible for their own travel insurance.

WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] are not responsible for loss or damage to persons or property in transit to, during, and in transit from the event.

WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] accept no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any end user during any of these promotions, such as a fold/timeout.

WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] and their affiliates and subsidiaries, or any of their employees, officers or directors shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of a Participant's or Winner's participation in the Caribbean Poker Classic™or any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any tournament, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the Participant or Winner, as the case may be.

During the event, strict rules regarding a Participant's or Winner's behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the event, or any other behavior that WagerLogic Limited and [licensee], in their sole judgment, believe to be detrimental to the conduct of the event.

In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the Caribbean Poker Classic™, the decision of WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] is final.
