CARIBBEAN POKER CLASSIC™
Terms and Conditions

1. The Caribbean Poker Classic™ prize package ("Package") consist of a $6,300 buy-in to the Main Event buy-in, $1,200 7-night hotel stay, at the St. Kitts Marriott and $2,500 cash for travel and meals. The Caribbean Poker Classic™ Lite package ("Lite Package") consist of a $660 in tournament vouchers (three $220 vouchers), $1,200 7-night hotel stayat the St. Kitts Marriott and $2,140 cash for travel and meals.
2. Persons must qualify for the Caribbean Poker Classic™ by winning a Package (a "Winner") or may buy a seat in the Main Event (a "Participant").
3. A person must be a minimum of 18 years of age to participate in the Caribbean Poker Classic™ and will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
4. The first Package won is non-transferable. Should a Winner win more than one Package, he/she may transfer that Package to any registered player.
5. WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] reserve the right to amend the tournament rules or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
6. In the event of event cancellation or unavailability for whatever reason, a cash equivalent may be awarded to the Winner.
7. WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] reserve the right to refuse this offer to any person or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time.
8. Any Winner has the right not to participate. In this case, there is no cash alternative and WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] may pick the runner-up as the replacement.
9. Winners will be required to wear [licensee] branded clothing at the main event whenever they are playing, subject to event permissions.
10. Winners and Participants must agree to all reasonable publicity of their personality, including betting markets around the event, television media interviews, press releases and website promotions. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the Winner and Participant. No further consideration shall be payable for a Winner's and Participant's agreement to the foregoing.
11. Winners will not be reimbursed for hotel arrangements made outside of the available hotel accommodation.
12. Participants who buy into the event are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements.
13. Participants and Winners are responsible for their own travel insurance.
14. WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] are not responsible for loss or damage to persons or property in transit to, during, and in transit from the event.
15. WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] accept no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any end user during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
16. WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] and their affiliates and subsidiaries, or any of their employees, officers or directors shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of a Participant's or Winner's participation in the Caribbean Poker Classic™ or any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any tournament, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the Participant or Winner, as the case may be.
17. During the event, strict rules regarding a Participant's or Winner's behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the event, or any other behavior that WagerLogic Limited and [licensee], in their sole judgment, believe to be detrimental to the conduct of the event.
18. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the Caribbean Poker Classic™, the decision of WagerLogic Limited and [licensee] is final.
19. The owner and co-promoter of this event is WagerLogic Limited, Nimeli Court, 41 - 49 Agiou Nicolaou Street, Engomi, 2408 Nicosia, Cyprus.
