What happens when I win a package?
Your player account will be funded $2000 cash for travel and expenses, and you will receive an email with details on how to register online for the cruise.

What if I win more than one package?
If you win more than one package, you will receive the full cash value.

What if I win a package but am unable to go?
You may transfer your package to another player. A cash refund for the cruise and buy-ins will not be awarded.

What if I purchase a cabin and then win?
If you purchase a cabin and then win a package, your player account will be funded the $3000 value of the cabin.

TRAVEL/CRUISE

Can I purchase a cabin?
You can purchase your deluxe stateroom for two with complimentary meal plan from your player account, or through our travel agency. For more information, please contact info@caribbeanpokerclassic.com.

Can I bring an extra guest on the cruise?
Your package includes a deluxe stateroom for two with two twin beds (can convert into queen-size). You may request a stateroom for up to four passengers and pay the additional cost of $650 per person including complimentary meal plan, taxes, surcharges and gratuities.

Can I make this a family holiday and bring my children?
The Freedom of the Seas has excellent facilities for children. Children may share your stateroom or you may purchase an additional stateroom if you require more space.

What if I am traveling alone?
Your package is for two. A cash refund will not be awarded if you choose not bring a guest.

Can I upgrade my cabin?
Your package includes a deluxe stateroom; upgrades are not available in our group booking.

Are meals and drinks included?
Your package includes a complimentary meal plan for two at any of the onboard restaurants. Alcoholic beverages in restaurants and bars are for purchase for passengers 21 years of ago or older.

Is Internet access available?
Wireless Internet access is available in your stateroom and throughout the ship. Choose from several pre-paid packages available onboard.

Can you arrange my travel?
You may purchase your airfare directly from our travel agent in our online registration system.

Can you arrange my hotel stay in Miami?
You may purchase your overnight hotel stay directly from our travel agent in our online registration system.

Do I require a passport?

Do I require a travel visa?
Contact the Embassy (Consular Services) of each country on your sailing itinerary or the visa service of your choice for specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees for your nationality. TOURNAMENT

When will the poker room be open?
The poker room is open whenever you are sailing. The poker room will be closed whilst in port and during shore excursions.

How can I buy-in to the Main Event?
You can pre-purchase the $2500+$200 buy-in from your player account, or you can buy-in directly in the poker room, paying in cash.

How can I buy-in to side events?
You can pre-purchase buy-ins to side events with funds from your player account, or you can buy-in directly in the poker room, paying in cash.

Can I withdraw funds from my player account?
We strongly advise that you pre-register for tournaments by purchasing buy-ins in advance with funds from your player account, and that you bring sufficient cash for any ring games you wish to play. If you pre-register for tournaments in advance, and then elect not to play, these funds will be returned to your player account. Onboard the cruise, you can withdraw funds from your player account for tournament buy-ins, dependent on Internet connection.

Is there a dress code at the event?
We encourage you to wear your branded clothing from the poker site you won your package on.

Can anyone play?
This is a closed event. Onboard the ship, the Poker Room is open only to players (and their guests) who either qualified online or who bought their cruise package directly. Other cruise passengers are not allowed entry to the Poker Room. You must be 18 years of age or older.
